Quan Yin Five Element Qigong
This complete set of forms is incredibly settling and centering, moving us through the Five Elements and their distinct medicines, all under the supportive influence of Quan Yin, Goddess of Healing and Compassion.
In this practice we call on Quan Yin as High Priestess of the Warrior Heart. Before her we kneel as dedicated students, and bow as loving kin. We surrender to her gentle and firm example of how to embody both fierceness and beauty; how to embrace, equally, strength and serenity; how to carry discipline and grace together; and how to hold dignity and compassion as one.
This ultra nourishing Qigong set can be practiced as seated or standing practice.
Please give yourself 5-10 minutes of seated meditation to ground and settle before the start of our practice. Sit comfortably with spine long and vertical, and prepare to shift your camera for standing practice (for those who can and choose so) after we share space for introductions.
